MillyLog stores all entered data (nursing times, meals, notes) exclusively on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers.
3. Data Stored
- Timestamps of nursing and feeding sessions
- Notes about meals
- Baby profiles (name, date of birth, gender, profile picture)
- Exported JSON/CSV files (only when manually exported by you)
This data may constitute health data within the meaning of applicable data protection law.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law (UK GDPR / EU GDPR), specifically:
- Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract / provision of app features
- Art. 9(2)(a) – voluntary consent through use of the app with regard to health data
5. Data Sharing
No data is shared with third parties. The app contains no analytics tools, advertising, or tracking mechanisms.
6. Retention Period
Data is stored for as long as the app is installed on your device or until you delete it manually. Please note that exports or device backups you create (e.g. iCloud backups) are not automatically affected by this.
7. Your Rights
You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app. When exporting, you have full control over your data. Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data.
